Utterbond is a Shopify subscription app that lets a store sell products on a repeat schedule, charge customers automatically and let them manage their own orders. It runs on Shopify Checkout and customer accounts, so subscribers pay with Shop Pay, PayPal or cards. Merchants set up subscribe & save, prepaid or build-a-box plans. Customers change their delivery dates, products or plan in a self-serve portal, and failed payments are retried with dunning emails.

Utterbond covers the whole subscription cycle inside Shopify. You set up the offer, customers choose how often they want it, and the app handles billing, changes and failed payments after that.

Yes. Subscribers manage their plan in the Utterbond customer portal inside Shopify customer accounts. They can pause, skip a delivery, swap products or cancel without contacting you. That cuts support emails and gives customers an option other than cancelling when they have too much stock at home.
Utterbond has four plans. Free costs nothing per month but takes 2% of each subscription order. Starter is $19 a month, Growth $29 and Enterprise $49, all with no transaction fee and a 14-day free trial. Paying yearly saves 20%. Prices are in USD, as listed on the Shopify App Store.
Yes. Utterbond supports subscriber migration from other subscription apps with zero data loss, so your customers do not need to sign up again. Contact the Utterbond team before you start so they can check your current app's data and agree a date. Plan the switch between billing runs, not during one.
Utterbond runs dunning. It retries the failed payment automatically and emails the customer to update their card. That recovers renewals that would otherwise lapse because of an expired or declined card. You can also pass these events to Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp and run your own reminder emails.
